WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect the information you provide during sign-up (display name, email or Apple ID token) and the data you create inside the app (tasks, focus sessions, distraction labels). We also collect basic analytics events to understand how the app is used.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not read the content of your distraction labels for any purpose other than displaying them back to you.

HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA

Your data is stored in Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) with row-level security enabled. Only you can read or write your own records. Automatic daily cleanup removes distraction entries at midnight UTC.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

BOR uses RevenueCat to process subscriptions. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. None of them receive your personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to function.

DATA RETENTION

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via Menu → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dinu.eknomos@gmail.com.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be available inside the app and on this page. Continued use of BOR after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using BOR (www.borfocus.xyz), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use BOR. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep your display name appropriate. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

BOR offers a monthly plan ($5.99/month) and a lifetime access option ($24.99). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat. To cancel your monthly subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it, interfere with its infrastructure, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Logs, streaks, and leaderboard rankings must be earned through legitimate use only.

USER CONTENT

Any content you enter into BOR (task names, distraction labels, display name) remains yours. By entering it you grant us a limited licence to store and display it back to you as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All app design, pixel art, mascot (Bor), copy, and code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of BOR without written permission.

DISCLAIMERS

BOR is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost productivity, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Menu → Delete Account. Upon deletion all your data is permanently removed.
